Hi all,
This Monday I’ll be hosting the very first Top in Fiction Meet-Up! Modeled after Fictionistas Meet-Ups that came long before TiF, the idea is for members of the fiction community to get together (via Zoom) and chat about fiction stuffs.
The theme for this month: New Features on Substack & Fiction Writers
This month Substack have boasted that there will be a bunch of new features and just 10 days in we’ve already gotten quite a few that should be helpful to fiction writers. Have you tried them out yet? Do you know what they are? Let’s get together and discuss all the new (and old) features that have brought so many fiction writers here!
The meet-up can be no longer than 40min due to the free Zoom model that I will be using. I will be sending an email on Monday morning that will include relevant invite links.
This is our first time doing something like this so please excuse the many emails and disjointed-ness of it as we figure out the best way to go about doing this thing at least monthly.

Only fiction shared between April 4 - April 10 on Substack!
Any story shared BEFORE the dates listed above will be removed.
This form will CLOSE at 10pm EST on Sunday, April 12.
Share fiction you’ve read AND/OR fiction you’ve written. (Self-promotion of your fiction is welcome!)
If self-promoting, submit NO MORE THAN 2 stories! This is a strict rule that will be enforced.
Story must be Free-to-Read (No portion of it can be behind a paywall).
Story must be written in English.
We DO NOT accept stories written by AI. If we discover, at any time, that AI was used, the story will be removed.
