I believe I am guilty of the date SNAFU on at least one of my stories because when I posted it and when I emailed were different days, and I probably submitted under the latter. 🤦♂️
I do check and double-check the details every time I submit, but if I ever fuzzy brain it I apologise. It’s disheartening that you have to keep telling people to apply due diligence.
It is. If it wasn't happening so frequently I would likely just never mention it. But when it takes me an hour to just correct the issues before I can get down to the content. Then that's a problem I have to address. I hope I didn't sound too snarky! lol

An unfortunate number of authors do not read. Especially submission guidelines and deadlines. Big hugs.
