I tried the link to submit a serial for the wall, but it wasn't working... comes up with a page not found message. Could be me, so I'll try again later, but thought I should mention it in case it's a glitch for others too.
Thanks for getting back to me, Erica. I've tried it on both my desktop and phone and I'm still getting a 'Sorry, unable to open the file at present. Please check address and try again' message, no matter how many times I try again. Any solutions greatly welcome... I'm not much of a techy. Or is there perhaps another way I can access the submission form?
I will be Live streaming later today where I will demonstrate accessing the Form. I will also include the full link instead of the button on the Wall page for those who are unable to click the button.
No problem. Also, the button has been updated and I’ve also added a link as well. In looking at the link I had there I can see why it wasn’t working for you before but it should be fixed now.

When I click the big CLICK ME button it works. Just tested it on my phone. Let me know if you’re still having trouble.
