What You Missed, Live! on TiF…
When I set out to create this Midnight Vault Companion I had no idea it would be so well received. And then it came as a complete shock to me when J. Curtis graciously offered to turn my PDF into an ebook! So, please grab the ebook or the PDF. I’ve made some upgrades to the PDF, basically adding clickable links to the ToC, so it’s easier to jump to a story.
The table of contents is in the same order as they are listed in the book, with clickable links to get to each one’s answers. I’ve also included an area where I ask you similar questions so you can answer them as well (but only if you want).
TiF Voices - Where the Line is Always Open
Calling all fiction writers, from the newbie to the old-hat, to read their work for the TiF audience! If you’ve wanted to participate in TiF Sociable, we’ve changed the name and how it works! Now, you record yourself reading your story, on your own schedule. Then send us the MP3 file and we’ll share your story right here in upcoming weekly emails! It’s that simple. But we do have a few guidelines:
Story must be previously shared on your Substack.
Story must be written within the 2025 calendar year.
MP3 file must be sent to this email: voices@topinfiction.com
When sending your email, please include the following information:
SUBJECT: Your Name, Your Publication Name (ex. Erica Drayton, The Happy Place)
BODY: [copy/paste the below]
Story Title:
Substack URL:
Date Published:

Just an update on the changes that have happened already and are scheduled to happen the remainder of this month. Starting in May, this list will no longer be included in these emails as all changes will have been implemented by then:

TiF Disruptions will continue to happen throughout the year.

Important Dates/Events to Remember:
TiF Presents…Eye See You [Sunday, June 1st submission window opens] | Have you thought of a story idea to write for this event? Remember, the story must be written between 3/31 - 6/1 and submitted via a FORM that will be sent on 6/1. Then all participants should schedule their story to be shared on Friday, June 13th!
TiF Voices [Wednesday, April 30] | There are two time slots for this event. We are still accepting any fiction writers who want to come on and read their work to join us! DM me or leave me a comment down below. I will reach out on April 17 to get more information and share the guidelines as well.
