CORRECTION: The SUBMISSION link for the new TiF Disruption contest/event, Inanimate Objects, was not working properly. Please use THIS LINK and its also been updated on the original post HERE if you want to learn more about it.
No news to report today as there are many wheels in motion for TiF as we prepare for many events and even more fiction to deliver for these last months of the year.
As you are about to see, we have something happening October, November, December, and if you head on over to our Calendar page, you’ll see we have an even BIGGER event planned for January 2026! A 3-day event that will kickoff with the 2nd Annual Recap and State of the Union address, then conclude with an award show! More on this in the coming months!
All events listed below can also be found on our Calendar of Events page. Keep a close eye as new events are added regularly, especially those coming in 2026!
Inanimate Objects Event - Friday, October 31st, Halloween Day, join me and some judges as we announce a winner and discuss the stories we got to read from the participants. Also, prepare to devote your entire weekend to an abundance of scary stories!
A TiF Day of Thanks - On Tuesday, November 25th, join me for a Live Substack event filled with warm fuzzies. If you’ve read a story or know of someone in the fiction community you’d like to express thanks for, this is the time to let me know and I’ll share your sentiments for you. It can be anonymous. Let’s let each other know how much our lives have been changed or affected in 2025.
A TiF Secret Santa - On Tuesday, December 22nd, join me for a Live Substack event where I’ll share all of the stories written, who wrote them, and who they wrote them for, as well as keep you company as every single one of those stories drops first on Top in Fiction! It’s Christmas come early!
